Who this is for
Lukla to EBC and Kala Patthar. Typically fifteen to eighteen days including flights and buffers.
We run Everest Base Camp as a tea-house trek from Lukla with real acclimatisation in Namche and Dingboche — not a race to 5,364 m. Kala Patthar (about 5,545 m) is the viewpoint morning. Typical length is fifteen to eighteen days; we hold sixteen with flight buffers. Flights and Khumbu logistics are quoted from Pokhara or Kathmandu clearly.

Best time to go
Typical season: March–May & September–November. October–November and March–April are the classic Himalayan windows. We close or reroute when cloud and rain make the view a fiction.
Permits and what is included
Annapurna routes include ACAP and usually TIMS, processed in Pokhara. Restricted valleys (Mustang, Manaslu, Tsum, Nar Phu) add a RAP filed through immigration. The quote lists permit days; there is no surprise at the checkpoint.
